Most searched hotel destinations on iXiGO

Statistics time! Here's a top 10 list of the most cities searched in July '08.

1. Delhi
2. Chennai
3. Mumbai
4. Kolkatta
5. Hyderabad
6. Goa
7. Chandigarh
8. Pondicherry
9. Alibaug
10. Ooty

Quite a few usual suspects (Metros, Goa, Ooty) , but then a few surprises too ! Who would have imagined that Budget Hotels in Alibaugh or Cheap accommodation in Pondicherry would be such superhits. The biggest surprise for us was that Hotels in Bangalore didn't make it to the top-10 ! Our hypothesis is that since iXiGO is pretty popular in Bangalore, it is more likely that iXiGOers in Bangalore would use it to escape to one of these top-10 cities instead :-).
