Change and growth are an inherent part of every species and a startup like ours is no exception.
We have been working hard over the past few months and have seen iXiGO growing by leaps and bound. During this time we also grew in terms of resources and therefore capacity expansion had become necessary. To keep fueling our expansion we finally moved to our new office which has been tastefully decorated with iXiGO theme and colors. It was a hell lot of work shifting everything to new premises and had quite a good (and bad ofcourse) incidents but overall it was a nice and satisfying change.
Though it will take some time to settle and get used to the new environment but we promise that the new environment will help us work with even more passion and energy.
Till then happy searching,
ciao

I recently started working for iXiGO based out of Gurgaon, managing product quality from a user perspective.
The team is awesome and I am working with some of the brightest minds in India. However this post is not about the team but about how a company should welcome a new employee.
When joining a company the new employee has some apprehensions, would I fit in the team? How is the culture of the company? I had some of these apprehensions and moreover I was joining the company as a part time employee working from home.
In my view iXiGO did a great job of making me feel as a part of the team. On the first day I was introduced to the entire team. The first day was more of a familiarization day and I strived hard to learn as much as possible about the team. Even though I am working from home I am always invited to any outings or parties organized at the company. Lastly the company gave me a welcome gift, a small token to welcome me in the team.
For an employee the first days at the company are a bit stressful when learning about the ways a company works; however I think iXiGO did an excellent job at welcoming me. I am proud to be associated with the team.
ciao,
