Team work at iXiGO

This is a post by Apoorva, who works for our Quality team. Besides being a mom who takes care of lovely kid, she does everything to ensure that our products are working fine and living up to the high standards we believe in at iXiGO. Today is a guest post about her experience in releasing our fastest developed product. iXiGO buses, which you should give a try if you haven't already. Handing it over to Apoorva!

Team work is key!

After the release of a new product there is a sigh of relief that everything went well. This time it was iXiGO buses which released on time. The product was built from scratch in just 2 months!

I feel we did this because of all the contributions of the team from product development to top management, each of them playing a key role in iXiGO in being able to release products at a rapid pace. Today it’s the team work which pays off in the end rather than an individual’s performance, and iXiGO is eyeing for this only. We just have a common goal in our minds – To enable our users to book all their travel needs at iXiGO and we are taking right steps in that direction.

Every month or so we have some team building activities/Fun Outings which keep our spirits high and give us a new enthusiasm to work in the right direction. I would definitely like to congratulate our HR team which is constantly working on these by planning such activities and making us a part of these by hook or crook. They are the ones behind the scenes who help each individual to grow on his own.
