    Cheating by kingfisher

    I was taken to kingfisher flight from your website and so this post.

    I never thought Mallaya would be cheating public by selling a low cost airline on his website in the name of Kingfisher. I am a frequent flyer on kingfisher flights and i loved flying on them. Two days back i booked a flight for my husband from mumbai to cochin on website www.flykingfisher.com and he was asked to take deccan flight from mumbai instead of kingfisher. If kingfisher wanted to sell deccan flight on their website, they should clearly state on terms and conditions that we need to board from deccan terminal and you will be flown on deccan flight and not a three letter word which says "operated by Deccan" that does not makes any sense to a guest.
    No where in the terms and conditions it is mentioned that we will be flown by deccan instead of kingfisher. When i called up kingfisher toll free number on this issue, he is telling me that it is my duty to call up the toll free number to find out the details of the words mentioned on your website. If that is the case then why do i have to book the flight through website. This leaves me in such a situtation that never in my life i will book kingfisher , since i do not know what is in store for me.

    It would great of you and kingfisher , update the websites and gives clear conditions on which flight you are going to fly us.

    I am really disappointed by the factor that why did i ever book kingfisher.
