Customer feedback is very important for any company big or small but for a startup it becomes all the more crucial considering limited resources to gather feedback. It is important to continuously analyse, prioritize and implement the feedback received from customers.

We get all sorts of notes from our customers, appreciations, their complaints, their suggestions and so on..and ofcourse one always feels elated on reading the ones which notices the hard work behind the easy going iXiGO!

Among the ones which we receive everyday , the one I remember is which said "may Jesus bless iXiGO more and more"! and then there have been feedbacks asking "how many KILOs can we carry on Air Deccan" ... and so on.. but in all this we always have to keep in mind that the customer is always right!

Of late the most No. of feedbacks have been asking about Pune flights.. for all those who are not updated on this one, the Pune Airport is closed till the 26th of this month for renovation.
